UL3385 XLPE Insulated Wire – 105°C / 300V Hook-Up Wire for Internal Wiring Applications

UL3385 is a UL-certified single-conductor wire insulated with cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE). Rated for 105°C and 300V, this wire is designed for internal wiring in electronic and electrical equipment where heat resistance, voltage stability, and flame performance are critical.


Key Features

  • Conductor: Solid or stranded bare or tinned copper, available in sizes from 32 AWG to 10 AWG

  • Insulation: Extruded XLPE with a minimum average thickness of 15 mils (0.38 mm) and a minimum thickness at any point of 13 mils (0.33 mm)

  • Temperature Rating: Up to 105°C

  • Voltage Rating: 300V 

  • Flame Resistance: Passes horizontal flame test requirements

  • Standards: Complies with UL 758 Appliance Wiring Material (AWM) Style 3385
